At Burren Holdings, our experience structuring and providing flexible debt and equity solutions helps us identify the optimal risk adjusted value in the market while delivering a strategic capital source that can respond promptly and decisively our joint venture partners, borrowers and counterparties with. We invest in markets where we actively own, develop, lend, borrow, lease, reposition and sell commercial real estate assets of all types.
We originate floating rate whole loans for high quality sponsors capitalizing stabilized and value add properties. We invest throughout globally across all major property types at LTVs up to 80%.
Burren Holdings is a recognized investor in and originator of junior debt in conjunction with both institutional and balance sheet lenders and CMBS. We seek mezzanine investments with maturities that typically range from 3 to 10 years. In originating or acquiring mezzanine loans, Burrn Holdings focuses on all major property types at LTVs up to 85% and structures both fixed and floating rate investments.
Burren Holdings is a recognized leader in crafting tailored capital solutions for owner/operators, developers and investors seeking “gap capital” to complete capital formation for acquisition, repositioning, business plan execution and monetization events.
